Growing up in Iowa, Regina Nekola Hild followed her mother around their small farm kitchen, full of the big aromas of fresh produce, tantalizing spices and made-from-scratch home-cooking.
Today, Regina is an ACF-Certified Culinarian, with a degree in Culinary Arts. And to each recipe she adds a sprinkle of nostalgia from that old farm kitchen.
