At Regina’s Farm Kitchen, we take pride in producing small-batch artisan fruit spreads and specialty food products made with care. Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are considered final once shipped.

Returns & Refunds

• Shipped orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• We do not accept returns on food products for safety and quality control reasons.
• Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To assist you, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Upon review, Regina’s Farm Kitchen may offer:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund consideration for verified shipping or fulfillment errors only

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
• Once an order has shipped, it is final sale.

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
