  • During peak seasons, promotions, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly noted on our website.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx (when applicable)

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Regina’s Farm Kitchen is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, Regina’s Farm Kitchen is not liable for shipping carrier delays.
  • If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • We are happy to assist with filing claims when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged package/product

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or other appropriate solutions.

Warm Weather Advisory

Certain products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit. Regina’s Farm Kitchen is not responsible for product conditions affected by weather once shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment confirmation.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
