Regina’s Farm Kitchen Order Cancellation Policy

At Regina’s Farm Kitchen, all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment of our artisan products. For this reason, we generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to request an order cancellation, you must email our customer service team as soon as possible with the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Reason for cancellation

Important Conditions

• Cancellation requests are only considered if a shipping or tracking number has not yet been assigned to your order.
• Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order will be canceled.
• Regina’s Farm Kitchen reserves the right to deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
• Once an order has been processed for shipment or a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final sale and cannot be canceled.
