Regina’s Farm Kitchen Artisan Fruit Spreads are made in a commercial kitchen and not Regina’s kitchen.
Are you organic?
No, Regina’s Farm Kitchen products are not organic.
What does your Jam costs so much?
Regina’s Farm Kitchen Artisan Fruit Spreads are made with only good stuff and that means a lot of fruit, but less sugar. They are also beautifully packaged and made in small batches keeping the company’s motto “made
from scratch by a farm raised chef.”
What is the difference between jam, jelly, and preserves?
Jam is made from crushed fruit and sugar, creating a thick and spreadable texture.
Jelly is made from fruit juice and sugar, giving it a smooth and firm texture.
Preserves contain whole fruit or large chunks in a syrup or jelly-like base.
What is RFK’s shelf life?
Our jams have a 1-2 year shelf life based upon the flavor you purchase. Please refrigerate after opening, for best quality consume within 60 days of opening.
Does RFK’s jam contain pectin?
Yes, some of RFK’s jams use pectin. Pectin is a natural thickening agent found in fruits,
to help them set properly. Some of Regina’s Farm Kitchen flavors rely on slow cooking instead.
